My deliveries constantly say they're in Philedelphia when in fact they are not at all. Very confusing. No iPhone X support either.

This was my favorite tracking app, but it appears to have stopped working (can no longer identify shippers). Last updated 2 years ago, so not all that surprising.

I'm sad I purchased this app. Hasn't been updated and I keep getting notifications that my iPhone 7 has been delivered, yet it's in exception. I hope it gets updated soon.

It took me long to find a decent tracking app, and this one is the best. I'm dropping one star because there is one crucial feature missing: scanning the tracking barcode via camera, so that it implements into the system automatically rather than us typing the whole number. Besides that, everything else is excellent.
Accurate until as of late

Alway has been super accurate. I don't know if it's the couriers end or the app's end, but it will say deliver estimate tomorrow or 2+ days, even when the package is out for delivery. Just started happening recently.

The app is good, but needs some improvements.. Please add & update: 1. Estimated delivery date 2. Detailed package info (weight, type) 3. Signature requirements? 4. Different color schemes - the colors are a bit dull in my opinion. Higher contrast and being able to choose our own colors would be nice. 5. iOS integration. If I click on a tracking number in and email or a text, ask to open within the Delivered app. 6. Carrier badges 7. Sharing option, to share shipping info through text or email. Hope these ideas / suggestions show up soon. An update was promised over a year ago.. Would make the app even better. Thanks. I've been using this app for multiple shipments and it does work well. Delivery updates come in as they happen.
Good but not great

Hey guys- So I think this is a good app for tracking my packages but not great & here's what I think will take this to a 5 star app. The good: 1. Tracks & updates same time as UPS (only one I've used so far). 2. Apple Watch App updates works great & its quick! To be great!: 1. Using their own description of updates is misleading & confusing. It needs to say the same as what UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc say on their sites. For example: On the delivered app for my current delivery from UPS it says: Tomorrow Indianapolis, IN > Chicago, WI UPS page says: Scheduled delivery date: 11/5 by End of Day To: Chicago I hope the creators of this app can update this ASAP & this will be a great app! And on a side note maybe giving the option to change the background color so we aren't stuck with a blue. I like the black on the Apple Watch but I'm sure other's prefer their own color. Here's to a great app!
