Estoy muy satisfecho con la aplicación. Solamente tengo un comentario. Sería fantástico si se pudiera integrar con otros servicios de fotos como Google Fotos por mencionar uno. A parte de eso solo me resta felicitarlos por tan buena aplicación.

Why does Degoo not allow you to delete photos because there are photos in my account that I did not take! Degoo please respond

app doesn’t back up iPad

I wrote to Degoo customer support that their iOS app doesn’t have any way to back up an iPad. It will copy only photos/videos and contacts. Almost four weeks later, customer service responded that I need to install Degoo. I can’t guess which other app they think that I was talking about. There is no manual, no way to back up an iPad, and negligible customer support. The workaround is to back up with iTunes to a computer, and back up the computer to Degoo.

The app started uploading all my iPhone pictures once I was logged in and there was no option to stop. The web interface also has no options to delete the files. I could just see this app mercilessly uploading all my pictures with no control whatsoever to stop it.

Very limited App and Cloud Service

I can’t delete my files/pics on the cloud. I can’t even organize them. On the app you can delete them but only on your device but not on the Degoo Cloud. Why? There is no option to move or delete your data, only download. There is a Recycle Bin but you can’t drag files to it. This is very fishy. Are they collecting data? I’m regretting paying for a subscription.

After lastest update app crashes if you click on photos not possible to choose only photo or only videos to upload or selected files and not possible to delete other mobile device files except these 5 star going to be here(at next update i hope) edit(14.05.2018 update) only selected folders upload and deleting existing files features are missing, except this everything is OK thanks for all developers ??
