Really Helped My Sleep

The hypnotist has a very VERY soothing voice. I especially love "sleep like a baby". I have used "fall back to sleep" a lot, too. I have tried a lot of hypnosis aps, and I haven't gotten annoyed with the speaker in these Mindifi ones. I wish there was a track in this bundle to train your mind to filter out unwanted mundane disruptions, like traffic noise and truck rumblings or people living near you, but still hear any out of the ordinary sounds, like a doorbell or person yelling for help, etc. That would be a super-helpful ability. This is a first-class hypnosis ap. I am so glad I bought it.
Great! But it needs a shut off
Want to be able to use
This ap has helped both my 10 year old and me relax and sleep. We love it. The problem is that we fall asleep and the phone stays on all night, shining the light and keeping the morning alarm from going off. I really want to purchase the full ap but will not until they fix this problem.
Why wake me up?

I agree in that I don't understand why the narrator wakes you up at the end of the deep sleep program so that's why I'm only giving 4 stars. This makes no sense but I've had other apps do it too. I have to wonder if the creator is reading these reviews as this has been noted in reviews for over a year. It is great for relaxing and falling asleep but would like to stay relaxed at the end not woken up.

and it works! If I wake in the middle of the night I use Falling Back to Sleep. They do not fail me. I am hoping that I will not have to use them forever. But I'm just glad I have a solution to get to sleep. I only wish I could turn off the screen. I don't like sleeping with my iPhone on. But if you have trouble sleeping this was worth the money spent - but it was $20. So don't think you're getting something free. But you get what you pay for.

I can go to sleep with this app in less than 10 minutes when and wherever I want! It even works on my mom who hasn't slept soundly in 20 years. I can use it to go to sleep even if I am excited, or show no signs of tiredness. I can just put a setting on this app that says exit out after session, then go to apple settings and put daydream on 1 minute. This app is truly wonderful.

Tried the relax stress and it is very good. I get totally relaxed. Today I have used the deep sleep and it is great. I went to sleep before it ended.
