Love the game play it every day but ever time they do a upgrade I get screwed and lose everything, now I have lost all the money I have put into it and can’t even open the game

i have played this game for a month and today all of my info and progress vaporized and there is no in-app ability to contact develoepr. Do not waste your money!!!!!! They send out updates periodically and they never really improve anything. The game takes forever to increase strength and increase growth of your base. Great idea that continues to under-deliver.

Game is more fun than similar other free war apps. Problem, like other apps, money is power. Nearly impossible to grow large without vip ($). I’ve seen A few, so it’s not impossible. Tech support took a while, but they answered. Informed me they will look into the problem. 2 stats now, 4 if the fix the issue. Player Davy_Jones

With your last update I can no longer get into my game. I have an iPhone X and tried deleting the app and downloaded the new app. Will not open. Have spent much money on upgrades only to be locked out of this game. Very disappointed.

The game is fun but after the last update the game won’t work on iPhone X App support keeps saying they are working on it but they have not fixed it since they updated the game. I want my money back!!!!!

The game support is atrocious. Updates never smoothly work. Buy, buy, buy. It is all a dedicated player can do to play and typically, playing against millionaires, the power disparity ruins any hope of being competitive. There is no end game. My advice....a vip9....stay away.
