I joined and began playing and spending money. If you don’t spend money you can’t do to much. After playing for a couple of months, they did an update to the app. It told you to delete the app and install the new version and if you didn’t get your stuff back to email them. Well guess what. I updated the app and everything I worked and paid for was gone. I sent an email to support and got a reply in Chinese and still nothing to get my stuff back. If you join expect an app update at some point you’ll loose everything. Their app updates is nothing like other apps.

I’ve bought packs and have actually seen my power drop for no reason when awarded ships and other items that are suppose to boost power. You email them and they have some of the dumbest answers I’ve ever read. Don’t waste your time or money.. they are out of China and don’t care about their customers.

Upgrade to 2.0 list two players on two different servers and emailed multiple never got any response so now I am gonna see if Apple can help??? Look at the rating... just saying !

The game makers/editors with this last update said to contact them with problems of re-entering your account. I did as instructed and had the pleasure of dealing with a schmuck named Garry. Still not able to access after multiple attempts to contact. Won’t be paying anymore towards this.

Played for a year, they had a big update and I lost access. Zero response from the support email address in the store. No support contact info within the app itself. Pathetic and ridiculous.

I have been sucked in and have spent thousands of dollars on this game. I have been trying to contact customer service for three weeks because the main general I use and that I have spent thousands on to level up is showing that he is always marching and not letting me use him. The customer support emails have gone unanswered. They are aware that I am one of the players who have spent lots of money and they still ignore my requests for help.

You'll need to spend your own money to enjoy playing this game otherwise you'll just have high levels attacking you taking your stuff, so you'd have to spend crazy amount of money to buy equipment, diamonds etc, and even when you spend X amount of money for it, you get bullsh*t experience and power, tried contacting them about it but they don't reply and now recently they don’t allow you to buy 20$ or less diamonds so you have to spend 100$ or 50$ to get diamonds

I’ve played this game regularly for months now. It’s a simple theory, you want to get more power fast, spend money. $5-$100 for diamonds. Sure, I spent my share and it paid off. Til today. Before I noticed I’d jump in power only to drop significantly the next time I logged in. Today, I lost several million in power but worse yet, nearly 10,000 ships that I paid for. Checked with other players, same issues. The support team, worst ever. Claimed my data was fine and I never had that many ships. But won’t explain what happened or tell me what happed to the ships I gave them hundreds of dollars to get. Nope, worst support ever. No compensation, no apologies, nothing. Save yourself time and frustration, not to mention money. Don’t download anything from AOK or this developer ever.
