Very helpful

Wish I had purchased sooner! Definitely helped!

Passed!

Modheather

This was my sole study guide two weeks before test time and helped way more then the flash cards I made. The audio was super helpful when driving and the quizzes were much more challenging than the test itself..so challenging that I wasn't sure I'd pass bc I'd typically get around 80% on most chapters. The quizzes made the actual exam a breeze!

Not very thorough

I think this is a bit expensive for the material it provides. I expected a lot more.

A Great Tool with some Issues

I have yet to take my exam but wanted as many "tools" as I could to help me along. This app is very helpful and has several ways to quiz you on the text. I do wish for $29 (about the same as pay for the textbook) it included an audio version of the textbook as I find audiobooks a great help in memorizing information but while pricey, I'm glad I have this app to help me confirm I am absorbing the information in each chapter. A very recent redesign of the entire app has actually taken away a few features I enjoyed and it's taking a bit to adjust to.

Good

This is a good app, definitely ahead of the game compared to others as there really aren't many good apps for Real Estate practice. I definitely like the look and feel of the app, it doesn't have problems like crashing or glitches etc. which is really great. The main thing I wanted out of an app like this was prep for the exam, in the form of questions. However there are only 20 questions for each chapter and some of them seem to be the same as the ones in the textbook! The app claims there are 400+ multiple choice questions and even though I paid for the full version I see only 20 for each chapter, some of which I just ended up repeating for areas I'm weak in. Maybe this is because I am focusing specifically on the prelicensing stage and maybe the continuing education etc. are where the rest of the questions are at. I'm sure most features of the app such as the flashcards or the videos are useful and great however they just aren't what I wanted, and I suspect they are also lacking based on the little I did see. Most likely the app makers tried to get broad coverage over many different things (Prelicensing, continuing education etc.) and then different styles (test bank, flashcards, videos) so the details and any one thing are lacking. To improve the app, I would suggest focusing on one thing at a time and really working on it, then slowly working through all parts of the app. That said, the questions that do exist are well written and have good explanations. I do think this is a good aide to have, it just isn't a great one - yet anyway. I think this app has a lot of potential, it just isn't there yet.

Missing the Tests

Minimal investment for YOUR future!!

Helpful sure but for $20?

Nikki2600

The same questions they give you to study are in the books quiz section. The videos are helpful but also corny and on YouTube. I think for this price you should get a practice tests and flash cards.
