They don't make them like they used to, well they hardly make them at all any more. The good old days when point and click adventures were in fashion... it was all about story and using your brain while relieving the stress. No constant shooting or stressful gameplay, simply just sit back click your mouse and figure out puzzles. Maniac mansion was also a classic wish they would port that one to. But day of the tentacle is brilliant and it really brings back memories. This game does really well on iOS touch screen and I feel like iOS is a perfect platform for point and click adventures. And how great is it to have a game anywhere you go... well almost, wish they would bring iCloud saves so it's synced between devices as most people probably would play on iPad at home and phone on commute. That said this game was great then and it's still great to this day. All I can say if you're a point and click fan there's really nothing to thing about paying $4.99 for plenty of fun. Ps. Please bring back more point and click adventure it is really the best games on an iOS device.

I have been playing all of the Lucas Arts classics since Monkey Island. DotT is definitely a product of its time. The colorful art and humor worked back then because gaming was devoid of it. So pretty much everything and anything was funny. Monkey Island seems to have aged really well in that aspect, but DotT has its moments. It plays well, and will hold you over for 2(if you really know what you're doing)-4 hours. Very easy on your battery. Went from 100-50% in one straight playthrough. It's not Grim Fandango or Monkey Island, but it's a fun classic none-the-less. If 90s puzzle point and click adventure games are your thing, check it out. If not, I recommend Monkey Island to get your feet wet so you can enjoy what these games have to offer.

The remastered version came out great, very good work! The game is easy to play and fluid, no glitches. Im very impressed with the end product. I can only hope this is not your last LA game. Please pretty please do "The Dig"!!!!!

I loved this game back in the day and have been looking for it to be re-released for years. The game is just as I remember. I am looking forward to the Full Throttle release later this year. I am hoping it gets both an iOS and macOS release like this one did. If so I will be buying when en released.

In the computer room in the second floor where the hamster is, you can walk to the computer and launch Maniac Mansion. The original exactly as it was about 20 years ago. The port is very well done too.
Bug annoying
Reminds me of my childhood. I desperately wanted this game to be in touch and click mode for tablets. Here it is!

This is so awesome- I love being able to play this game 20+ years later! The only issue I'm having is getting the mouse from the cat- with the touch screen there just doesn't seem to be enough time to grab it before the cat comes back and I'm getting frustrated:(
