iOS Shows Data Usage for Free

Go to Settings > Cellular and scroll to see how much data each app has used. Tap Reset Statistics, at the bottom, each time your data data plan renews. DataMan Pro turned out to be a waste. It's useless for people with pre-paid data (the norm outside the US), as it contemplates a regular monthly allotment. Ditto for post-paid customers (the norm in the US) with carryover data (lucky few) or add-ons like Verizon's PopData (a new offering, admittedly).

It's strange, but for this version of the app, you pay more and get less. There's no rollover option. The other, regular DataMan seems like it gets more attention. This app seems like it's an afterthought--just giving people an opportunity to pay more if they feel charitable.

Been using app since ver 8 (now 12). It has always been accurate and useful for managing cellular usage. App support is top notch.

I downloaded several updates for applications via LTE while on the road... but DataMan Pro says I only used 1.8KB. So the most important, basic function does already not work.

I thought the app was supposed to push a notification to me when I cross the set thresholds, but they appear to only be in-app notification. Otherwise a pretty decent data tracker.

Overall it's very useful, only I would like to have the exact amount of data that each software is using.
