This app is useless and the company doesn't get back to your emails to help. There's no information on how to get it working and when I emailed for help I got now reply. I feel ashamed to have fallen into this scam and donated my $.99 to this app. It's only $.99 but the principle of this is what bothers me. The fact that Apple allowed this app to be out on their store makes them a little of same con artist type. Don't waste your $.99 on this. Get your kids an app instead.
This widget works. First you need to learn iPhone.

To activate any widget on a iPhone you need at least iOS8 and newer. From your home desktop use your finger from the top of the iPhone screen an swipe down. You'll get the notifications window. Scroll down and you'll see all the apps that have widgets that need activated. Thinks like Apple Pay, crackle, YouTube, Data meter and ETC. Google how to install a widget before you criticize if it doesn't work.

My Apple Watch isn't picking it up. It works for a second but then switches over to saying not activated and that I need to download this app. Hmm. Fix this and it's 5 stars.

This app does work as a widget on my iPhone only but not on my Apple Watch or app! Need to upgrade from MB to GB and fix the app for iPhone and Apple Watch! Please fix!

I did what one reviewer stated and I got mine to work. Once you download you must install it. I went to utube and asked how to install a data meter and they show u how.
