Absolutely beautiful artwork and scenery .. & loved the music. It could have been a bit longer tho.. A nice variety of puzzles...some were quite easy, but others were great brain teasers (which I love) but not too tough. I really appreciate the traveling map. The main issues that kept me from giving it 5 stars, were that there were a few glitches.. One was with the forensic case... To find the matching pieces with the glass, and then use the tweezers.. It would not let me pick up the tweezers so I had to use the skip button ? Also the voices kept going off.. Not a huge deal, as you can read the script. I also had a wee bit of trouble with being able to click on some items. Some of the windmills were too faint for me to see (not everyone is gifted with great vision) and especially the morphing items. Lastly, just a pet peeve of mine.. But I find it annoying when you click a bit too close to the bottom of the screen in some areas, you step out of the area a bit too easily.. In other spots I had trouble getting out.. I really like it when games give you an arrow on the first tap, and then let you out on the second tap.. So no accidental leaving. So just a few minor things, but all in all a great game & well worth the $$ ?

No Custom Settings?? It's 2015! ??

MissLCinSF

While its a bit premature to fully rate the game (I'll update when I'm through) I'm really shocked that any Newly Released Big Fish Games, especially of this caliber, only offer the archaic three settings. (Btw: Expert level doesn't indicate anything to do with an "expert". it's just downright annoying) It's the equivalent of limiting TV to three ? Channel options, knowing that Satellite ? TV can be ordered. ? So Come on! It can't be that difficult to offer custom settings, knowing that most people prefer that freedom. ? The ?ideal set up for long time players: no tutorial, no extra (if any) sparkles, instant hint/skip w/o penalties and given hints rather than completely skipping puzzles and games. Thank you. ? ?

EIPIX OUTDID THEMSELVES... AGAIN!!!

Wow! I'm a HUGE fan of this genre and after surfing the App Store yesterday I was a little shocked by just how many of these games I've purchased over the years. I don't say this to brag, at all. I say this because it's my "thing" and because of that have experienced a wide range of HdO games (or HOGs, HOPs, HOPGs, or whatever you choose to call them). Personally I prefer HOA or HOAG for hidden object adventure games. Anyway, my point is that this game just made my top 5 list. The second EIPIX game in it. This group just simply knows how to do these games right! Every single part of this game is just perfect, from the storyline, the graphics, the voiceovers, the game mechanics, to the music. It's not that easy to find one of these games where the storyline matches the gameplay 100% in my opinion and this one absolutely does, perfectly. I so wish EIPIX could end their contract with Big Fish and do their own publishing! I don't know why Big Fish Publishing is such a draw to development teams but I have a few ideas. If nothing else, I wish BF would allow the name of the dev team to appear in their App Store ads! Because I'll say this, I can guarantee that if I saw the name EIPIX listed with a game, I'd buy it in a heartbeat without question or need for a free peek!!! EIPIX, you guys ROCK!!! KEEP IT UP!!! PEOPLE, PLAYERS: Please give credit where credit is due. Please know that Big Fish did not create this game! They published this game. EIPIX made this game! That's why their name pops up just after the BF logo when the game is starting. BF does develop a FEW games but mostly they act as a publisher ONLY. I wrote something not so nice previously but have decided to rewrite it. Big Fish, you are doing it again. Every time I need to go to the main menu from within the game for whatever reason, your ad for your BFG app keeps popping up. It happens SO fast that by the time I hit play its already too late and I'm directed away from the game. It's really frustrating since I already have the app installed. Can't you change this so that it only happens when we see the BF screen prior to the game's main menu? We pay GOOD money for the majority of your games if we don't catch them when they're first released. As with ANY other game in the App Store once we pay for a game, the ads should go. Just leaving the game for less than 5 minutes brings you back to your main screen. Isn't that enough???

Hats off to you BIG FISH another great game I have thoroughly enjoyed the last new releases. Great stories, beautiful scenery, fun games. Keep up the great work BF?

Beautiful, but the task bar is sloppy and the map is in the menu

It's a five star game, but the devil is in the details...and sadly there were a few big deductions. What's good: graphics, storyline, voice overs, labeled inventory, some new twists and innovations (there are plenty of reviewers like Kim Twilight who describe these in more detail, so if you want to know before you buy, please read their reviews). Fast loads and lots of different scenes should have made this great. But...it wasn't. Big deductions for sloppy handling of the map location (really, having to go through the menu to access both the evidence board *and* the map is just silly). Also the strategy guide button is very close to where I usually touch the screen to go back, so I found myself unwillingly popped out of the game and into the guide very often. Both of these issues took me emotionally and mentally out of the game as well as physically, so I never really got into it all that much. And the puzzles themselves weren't all that fun or challenging. For those reasons, I give it a rounded down 3.5 stars. If you see it on sale, it may be worth buying...but I can't recommend it for full price. I hope my fellow reviewers are well...enjoying November's changing moods... And as always, Thank you for the great reviews. ??????

Excellent, Loved This Game

Everything was well-crafted - inventive puzzles and HOGs, very responsive Hint button, intriguing plot, beautiful graphics. One improvement - please place the interactive map on the game table, not within the Menu tab. I will definitely purchase the next game in this series!

Blue sky!!!!!

Blue Sky!!!!! This game was a joy to play. Scenes were colorful, story great, gameplay easy and music wonderful. Hint button was fast. It was a long game. The French sites were lovely.

Awful

Really? All the names taken?

Big Fish stinks. Thieves! Trying to re-sell this 12-16-15, when they just released it 11-1-15. Stay away from this company- nothing but crooks since the buy out!
