Good Game- But Glitched?

Katie???

I was pretty far into the game when it started getting super slow / not responding to my touch and then it locked me out with something called a Boot Lock? it had some japanese text and a place to insert a password and I couldn’t get back to my old screen. had to delete the game and redownload making me lose all my process. i looked online and people have been having this problem since the mobile port launch. please look into this!!

All of my complaints are directed solely to the ios version of the game

Flyheart45

originally I wrote this review upset about how character names weren’t visible on screen but I then realized that I could flip the phone the opposite way and be able to see them (though I should be able to play it either way, in my opinion). However, there are some other major issues that have me way more frustrated playing this game on mobile than the first game. Had I known about the new features in this game, I would’ve opted to play it on playstation instead. Some of the new trial features are super difficult to play on an iphone. The sword slashing one especially, since it’ll constantly drag down your notifications by accident when swiping down or it’ll slide the game closed when swiping up. Also, when selecting your evidence point in the sword battles, for some reason it doesn’t register as easily as it does for evidence bullets and you end up losing a bunch of health because you have to reopen the options like 5 times before it actually selects the thing you click on. The sword fights also sometimes stop registering swipes as swipes and only recognize them as taps (this weirdly kept only happening on just one of the phrases during Sonia’s fight in trial 4 but has happened before) which means you cannot excel to the next part and keep losing. Also, like in the previous Danganronpa, text that follows a % sign does not appear. The percent sign isn’t used as much in the dialogue so far though so it’s not quite as annoying. Something that is REALLY bothering me though is that there’s important images that just don’t appear. When you get to the funhouse section of the game, Monokuma shows you a map of the strawberry house, however, you wouldn’t know that by playing the ios version because every time it’s supposed to be shown, a black screen shows up instead. In addition, the escape room stopped recognizing when I was dragging items to use them at some point until I restarted the app. Occasionally there’s errors in loading a room (furniture floating/in the wrong place) but it doesn’t bother me too badly and doesn’t happen nearly as much or severely as it did in dr1. I do love this series but it’s really annoying that I’m getting a lesser product because I’m playing on ios. I understand not wanting/being able to change the function of the swiping on the sword fight but other than that I think almost every problem I listed could & should be solved.
