I love the game but I have a problem

I love the game a lot! But every time I try to enter the app to replay the game it exits it out and I’ve tried everything to fix it but it doesn’t work
Not able to load character gallery :(

For some reason, whenever I try to open the character gallery it asks me if I can download stuff. I hit yes and it stays on 99% :( help?

Important: MAKE SURE TO DO THIS EVERYTIME YOU ENTER AND LEAVE THE APP‼️ Save your progress and return to main menu (make sure you save) Exit the game and you will see it won’t ‼️THIS WILL NOT FIX YOUR BOOTLOCK IT WILL ONLY PREVENT THE BOOTLOCK IF YOU GET A BOOTLOCK WAIT AN HOUR IN THE APP IF THAT DOES NOT WORK THEN UNINSTALL THE GAME (you will not have to pay again to re-download) THEN DOWNLOAD AGAIN‼️ (off loading the app may also work… If you don’t know what a BOOTLOCK is…honestly I don’t either? It will give you a screen saying BOOTLOCK with some words in a different language and will tell you to enter a code… No one knows the code so you will have to lose your progress… I don’t know when it will happen to everyone I’m only in the prologue luckily? there is one complaint i have. (will not change the rating because this game is beyond 5 stars) there is a glitch on mobile called a “boot lock” and basically, it locks all of your data without a some sort of “password” nobody knows. so basically, when i was at the beginning of chapter 4, i had to delete and restart ;c it is alright tho, i am now on the trial for chapter 4 because i had to replay

So, I was right about at the end of pekos execution and ya know I got to the restaurant in the morning to meet up well, what I did not expect is that it put a boot lock on it. I’m currently in tears and I really want a response....
