Need glycemic index number for foods
greatballs!

Overall I just use the app for carb values to set my insulin doses & it’s fairly good for that information.

Use ability
gobbleligook

Too difficult to find carb content of a specific food; e.g. baked potato. Should be simple enough to get this info !

Overall a nice little tracker

Quite good for tracking common foods, but not so good on supermarket brands. For numerous foods I eat regularly (Orowheat products, Nonni’s biscottis) I’ve noticed the number of carbs listed are actually the percentage of daily carbs for the serving. Not too helpful for my daily tracking if I don’t notice that 6 carbs are listed for that slice of bread rather than 17 carbs. However, for tracking in toto, water, weight, glucose and being able to watch trends over a month, it’s quite helpful.

Great, highly functional app.

Tracks nutrition facts well, helps keep me focused on my target weight.

I have suddenly started getting prompts that I have to watch a video to be able to log additional glucose readings. I have full access for the app but it will no longer allow me to add any glucose readings.

Useful app
Rich Galloway

I got this app after I was told I need to reduce the number of carbs I eat. It's done a great job of keeping track of what I eat so I know when I've reached my limit. The large database of foods means I can look up the carbs in what I ate rather than make a guess. It has a problem with dropping ingredients from my custom recipes, but is otherwise worth downloading. Update: The latest version drains the battery overnight by about 50%. I’ve taken to stopping it when not in use so there’s no background activity.

Great resource

This app has been wonderful! When my physician said I was borderline diabetic and needed to go on a low carb diet and dieting had never even been in my 65 year vocabulary. Daily Carb gave me guidance and an accurate log of carbs, fats, sugar, and weight that enabled me to lose 30 pounds in 2 months, and 18 months later my blood glucose is back in the normal range. Great resource for better health!

Diabetes control
keep those carbs down!

This app has been a huge help with my husband’s carb count for diabetes! I can find out how many carbs for everything, including almost every restaurants food!

Weight

I use the weight portion of the app. It is more tedious to use it after the update than it was before.

Inaccurate Macros Being Entered Into Log
CuriousGeorge1958

Hard to find exact foods, so macros are inaccurate.
