This is the first time I’ve EVER written a review for an app - that should tell you something. This app is absolutely incredible. I see results within days when using it. Highly recommend.
Like the app and trying to use it frequently. Would be better with a voice "count down", but like the pictures demonstrating the exercises.

Great and Efficient App I like the fact that I can work at my own pace. I can pause it to read the directions and get my form correct. Very simple and and effective exercises. Very easy to use.
