I downloaded this app after seeing all the good reviews people had wrote about it thinking it was just a regular fitness app that would require a subscription once you downloaded it, but I was happy to see they provide you with MULTIPLE videos for either 5, 8, or 10 minutes and all for free! Sure, you may not walk out of the room with a six pack after one workout but I guarantee you that after a month you’ll be seeing more muscle in your stomach than you would’ve made just sitting on your bed watching Netflix. Great job on this extremely helpful app!

It help me motive keep up. But wish this have add feature to auto share send to tv roku apps so I can floor watch big tv instead watch my phone small. Please fix update to add share send auto to tv Apple TV or roku ?

So i started using this app about a week and a half ago. I DONT work out, last time i really exercised was about 6 years ago when i did middleschool volleyball. In this short time doing both workouts every day, i can already begin to see the sides of my core sticking out and my muffin top is fading. So worth it. I think i skipped one day, but seriously it only takes 10 minutes out of your day minimum.

I use this app when I wake up in the morning. Gentle and not aggressive; sure beats watching videos with someone yelling

Even on the lowest workout, if you do the exercises correctly you will feel the burn. Having been using this for several months and it burns every time.
