Awesome app, it's free, I do 10 minutes every night and alternate between one and two. The free version is great and if you find a work out not working just do a different exercise for that 60 second portion if doing a 10 minute work out. Great instruction, the set up is great, it pauses for you if you switch a song real quick, over all great app.

I love how you can set it up to automatically do a certain number of sets or for it to last a certain number of minutes. Would highly recommend!!!

I can fit these workouts in almost any time during my busy day. The moves are simple and safe, quickly easy to learn for newbies; I had a couple personal bests happen delightfully quickly. I'd love to see more movement variations added- to keep us motivated!

It would be better if either I could rearrange the sequence of exercises or eliminate some. As it is, you're stuck with your feet in the air for several minutes, and the blood rushes out.
