App continues to crash. Re downloaded, phone is up to date, still crashes. Love the actual device but the app needs major work.

I really, really wanted this to work, however after I installed it, imported one contact successfully, I went to import another contact. It immediately crashed on me. Even after force closing it, a complete reboot, and trying to open it… It still immediately crashes when I click on the icon on my home screen. (Tested on brand new, fully updated iPhone 6s)

Please fix the crashing of the app. I worry that in time of need, my responders that would get my alert won't get it because of the constantly crashing app.. Help!

I love the idea but it won't even open in my phone (iphone6+)...how can I set up emergency contacts if I can't even open up the app?

I think the crowd alert on this app is absolutely amazing! I was at a restaurant with friends and tested the alert and it immediately sent alerts to everyone with the app, even those not in my contacts, giving the exact address. I then sent an "I am safe" alert to let everybody know I was OK. It worked perfectly. Love the app and the device!

The d.a.d. Is nothing short of amazing. The product itself far outperforms anything else in the market like it. The fact that it sends a gps location to me when my girl friend pushes the button is priceless. I have some one very close to me that is a Survivor of sexual assault and the damage from that runs so deep, I wish this product was around years ago. Nothing makes me feel safer then knowing that not only will I be immediately notified with a location, but also that the stopping power of the product itself is so affective. I cannot say enough about the tiger light company every woman I come in contact with I tell them about it. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Good idea but won't work on my iPhone. Once I went to import contacts it crashed and wouldn't open again...had to delete it!

IT WILL CRASH!!! It is utterly useless! If someone was in need of help they would be dead if they had this app. This will not work. I wanted this to work as to provide assistance if anyone were in need of help around me. That is where this great crowd sourcing makes a difference.
