Unable to join networks because they go to overseas places and will never join. Paying for a for a crap program.
Slow speeds and keeps unloading from iPad

I get at best 8mbps and generally much slower. Plus, at random times, it unloads itself from my iPad, even though I have it set to auto load. Am on the 30 day trial, 2 yr payment plan, but may bow out and look for another in the next week or so. I have contacted tech support, but it takes them 24-48 hours to respond, and so far they have been totally unhelpful.

Loving the app. It is easy to use and nice to know that I am protected. I do have a question though. Can my own router/private network see my IP address and what I’m viewing either the VPN even if I’m not connected to WiFi?
