TL;DR Find a better VPN service/app. There has been a lot of moments where I try to connect to a server and it’ll tell me it failed because there was no connection to the internet/connection to the server failed. This happens a majority of the time when I’m trying to use this VPN service.

I have my Cyber set to auto start on wifi connection, USA. I set USA because auto detect would constantly place me in china, malaysia, india etc.... Even though i am set to USA only, I still find im connecting to out of country vpn servers! This is bad for me because unless I check everytime I don't know and if i connect to amex, boa, capital one etc they see me as a hacker when logging in and lock my accounts down!!!!!! Then i have to go thru unlocking process! Please cyberghost fix this bug, if i choose USA only thats all i want!

Great service. Did a bunch of vpn tests with no leaks of my IP Address. Only annoyance is that Netflix won’t allow me to stream with the VPN on even with a US connection.

The free version works beautifully, and provides basic IP address masking even after the trial ends, which is all most people need. After a couple of weeks I decided to try the full version and paid the yearly subscription fee, and the app immediately stopped working. Could never connect to any other servers, constantly kept giving me error messages that the server must be down temporarily, and totally kills all my Wi-Fi connections in it’s continuous efforts to re-connect to a VPN server. Deleted the app and reinstalled it but that did not fix the problem, The “stop“ button doesn’t work while it’s constantly trying to reconnect, had to uninstall the app again just to be able to use my Wi-Fi. Poor tech-support, nobody seems to be home at their “live chat“, I’ve been stuck in queue position number 3 for an eternity. If their chat is off-line they should really tell you so. Still waiting on tech-support email response. So it’s a good concept but they really need to improve their paid version and actually have some real tech-support.
