Great App, but CVS needs to support ApplePay in this app and in stores. CVS needs wallet support and TouchID fails constantly.

This app is so easy to use. It uses Touch ID. And you can use it to pick up your prescriptions so you don't have to stand there telling your information for the world to hear. Just scan and pick up. It is already connected to your CVS card so that doesn't have to be scanned either. Also, when you need your refill, you can scan it yourself from home. Easy as can be. Love it.

I love CVS and have tried to use this app many times since downloading it months ago, but have yet to complete a purchase due to overwhelming frustration with using it. It is slow, clunky and full of glitches. Too much effort is required just to find and add an item to your cart. This app seems more interested in getting you to sign up for prescriptions services within the app than actually helping you make a purchase. I'll probably delete it if this continues. This app is poorly designed and in need of a major overhaul. Soon. Now. Yesterday. Terrible app. Don't bother until they fix it.

The weekly add should be able to be viewed in page format, as if I can view the actual ad page by page. I don't need you to break it down in sections for me because you have the same product in multiple categories. And the app keeps freezing.

This app is a nightmare. Far too complicated, with multiple benefits programs, it is a nightmare to use. Screens nested within screens, nested within more screens, make it far more complicated than it needs to be. There is no meaningful guidance provided and it seems designed to confuse. You sign up for rewards then become aware there are two additional rewards programs for different types of products - that you buy at the same register in the same store! Why??? It is designed to confuse and hide potential benefits. Major complaint - the app tells you your profile is not complete unless you agree to sign up for EVERY multiple notification they offer in order to constantly send you ads on your phone. This app is making me sick.
