Even after signing in, the app is asking for my location. The app is not intuitive and using it is frustrating.

Every time I try this app the results are the same, it doesn't work. I request a refill, the app confirms the request yet the pharmacy never receives the request. It never fails, the pharmacy never gets the request. Do not rely on their app for refills.

Setting up my profile on the app took 47 minutes. I originally entered in an incorrect phone number and when I changed it in my settings it did not update on the app and I had to call customer service to fix. After 40 minutes they ended up closing out/deleting my account and asked me to start over. after I started over and created a new account it I still had issues. The app is also glitchy and kept closing. I eventually placed my order on the app. It texted me my order would be ready and I would get a text, the text never came. After 2 hours I called the store and they said that the item I had requested was out of stock and the app should have notified me my order was cancelled but it did not. Waste of time. Not easy to use, do not recommend.

Ok so I've literally have use this app for all of 30 seconds.... Logging on was lovely, yea. That's all I got so far. Hope this is enough characters to submit my review. Ok so now I have to rate what I've done so far .... "logging on" super fabulous I guess
A Sad Day for CVS

I really liked this app until I realized it doesn't support the Apple Wallet App and Touch ID stopped working after an update. This is a poor reflection on a company I have liked for a long time and recently started moving away from due to the drawbacks of this App and the hours change of my local pharmacy from 24 hours to 9 AM to 9 PM. I am now a Walgreen's customer due to 24 hour pharmacy availability and bullet proof technology.

A number of problems crept up over time (eg fingerprint password) and were resolved when I deinstalled and reinstalled the app.
