Constantly crashes can't even get it set-up

Crashing at setup

Every time I've tried to setup an account, the app crashes at the security question. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone. This app doesn't work! I'd love to know what good ones people use. Help!!

There are not that many options that make it look easy to keep track of two different custody arrangements so I had high hopes for this app. Unfortunately, they were dashed right away when I couldn't even get through the setup process without the app crashing. What a disappointment!

I was psyched to try it but after it crashed on me 5 times as I tried to sign up, I gave up.

Despite the negative reviews I downloaded this app. I was soon very disappointed. It wouldn't even let me finish making a new account! It kept shutting down, and after the 3rd time I deleted the app. Fix the glitch and this might be a great app...

After a year of fantastic use of this app, when it came time "re-up" the app would not recognize my attempt renew my subscription. The ensuing result was my credit card being charged 5 times. After finally getting my technical issue resolved after several attempts my FINANCIAL issue has not been addressed. I have sent multiple requests for a refund and have not received a single response where just days before the method of communication was being responded to in order to keep me as a customer. I have just sent another request for my refund.

Impossible to set up for syncing
