For anyone here crying about paying money to play. This is a game on a cellular telephone. The people who make these games spend lots of time and money to develop them. Stop crying. You sound like a bunch of cry babies.

When i played this game in 2020 I never got ads unless i wanted cash. Nowadays i get ads constantly!

I encountered a bug that takes all your gold when you are racing against a tier boss for their car. Of course I went to customer service to inform them of the problem and get at least some gold back but I heard nothing from an actual person and the preset answers provide no insight on how to contact an actual person. Overall gameplay is slow as a f2p player some parts are just impossible to get past as a f2p player. Disappointed by these really big problems with easy fixes.

I have very much seen that CSR2 has a few issues. For one, I will sometimes end up stuck on the loading screen which is HORRIBLE design!!! Pls change this!!! Also, I would like to see more cars in the game. Here are the top 5 that I should expect in the next update. 1) Lotus Evija. 2) Porsche Taycan Turbo S. 3) Tesla Model S Plaid. 4) Vector W8. And 5) Jaguar I-Pace e-Trophy. Thx! Also, the car sounds are WAY off! I HATE this!!! I mean I liked it when it first came out, but now it’s starting to get old. Change this, pronto!

i have played this game on and off since the start. countless update issues, progress & parts loss have led to this negative review. this time i came back to all forms of casual progress being removed. you want to install a part now ? well toooo bad you need a certain requirement, and that requirement will cost cash after a few upgrades .the items required to upgrade are not gifted through progression only purchased. maybe 1 out of 30 rides a had i can use for progress now. they have all been neutered, all customizations rolled back due to new system as well as massive comps loss I enjoyed playing this casually and it seems you only want to cater to the whales that fund the service I’ll go ahead and put this down for good. No chance you’re getting a dime this time around. all those sponsors and you still pass the buck to the consumer . gaming is not about the money and you turned it into just that. hope y’all didn’t spend money on this like i did ….

I guess this is my last attempt to try to reach a real person with Csr2. I went to support four times each time the automated system tells me to start a new game and they will transfer my stuff to the new profile and then the new profile has the same problem so it’s never fixed and impossible to talk to anybody I played for three years on this account spent hundreds of dollars and even had it transferred from my original android to iOS. Thousands of hours playing the game and I can’t even get in touch with a real person who cares enough about fixing it.I’m hoping you at least have real people that read this and maybe there’s a chance I can get something done with it. If not at least the people that read these reviews we’ll see whether you help somebody or ignore somebody that played the game it’s been as much money as I have
