For the recent lunar event I locked in a tier 2 car and it’s making me race against tier 4 cars please fix this CSR racing 2 devs

My race for T4 last race says hard and i have been trying it for 3 days and my car is almost fully upgraded
Issues

Everytime I finish a race and want to earn the extra cash offered the ad or the game freezes and shuts down so I have to restart everything all over again in the app. Another thing is in the middle of a race that I’m about to win it freezes and the other racer wins once it loads back up and that is pissing me off. I’ve already been cheated out the extra money the ad offers 8 times today so I’m more than mad right now. Either customer service addresses and fixes this issue or I will post this game on social media cautioning everyone not to buy or play it and the company will loose millions in revenue.

Had an account for two years spent plenty of money for keys and cars. Multiple hundreds of dollars. Took a break from the game for a year and was told my account was corrupt and that I can’t get reimbursed for my previous purchases! Game is based off money hunger not about the people that play. Keep that in mind

I really like the game good graphics and cool customization options only thing I didn’t like was that after purchasing in-app credits/ gold and bundles from the in-app store the app crashed on me after winning a race and winning some fusion parts for my Plymouth the game is no longer able to connect to the game servers and that’s really annoying/ disappointing . I was recommending this game to friends to kill time but after All the time and money I’ve spent to not be able to access my account. I strongly wouldn’t recommend until these issues be fixed otherwise good game if you do download I wouldn’t recommend the in-app purchase’s . Also want to make clear of it was just my Wi-Fi connection I wouldn’t be able to write this review or continue using YouTube while I played the game but just the game doesn’t connect

Everytime I get a perfect shift my rpms go to zero causing a slow start and this has been happening for more than 2 months
Can’t compete online battles

I can’t battle nobody online and the app won’t update. Although I love the game and have some wicked cars, the recent problems makes it almost not worth even playing. Please help me if there’s anything you can do
