Nice.

Dear Serily

It's good.

7 minute

Windzor

Great seven minutes, then less guilt for the day! Love it, thank you!! Windzor

Decent workout

Seattle_Butterfly

Not super hard (I am in decent ab. Shape ) but diverse and learned some new excercises.

Quick but heart rate up

Konigfam

Great for when I can fit in 7min between diaper changes and snacks and taking care of kiddos. Not difficult but heart rate got up a bit and I could feel some burn.

Awesome!

Smart Mama Mo

I love this app I can get a very diverse workout in 7 min and when coupled with their other apps I get full body in under 30 min. There are options to vary workout so you don't plateau.

Outstanding

MamaN711

Amazing, quick, and gets the job done! Best ab workout I've found.

Perfect for stay at home moms

Twinfant mom

I do this workout several times a day when I have 7 minutes to spare. It's perfect.

Quick but challenging!

Larry'sBigSister

Just completed my first workout. Breathing hard and can feel my abs. Quick and easy to do while dinner is cooking.

Intense 7 minutes

Cajun Wallop

Love that I can burn calories in 7 minutes. I usually do 2 in a row. Awesome!

OK — Needs some easy improvements

Several years ago I picked a lot, for up to five minutes per pose, but an injury caused me to lose the habit. I recently looked for an app which would remind me of proper form and act as a timer. I thought this app would do the trick however it came up short. I have a few suggestions for the developer. • Let the user set the time for each rep. This is very important. • When you have to switch sides in the middle of a rep, allow the user to define the length of a brief pause (1-3 seconds) to execute the switch before resuming the countdown. Currently, one side gets shorted a few seconds. • I like how the app displays text to the user identifying the next pose but it would be even more useful if the photo of the next pose were displayed during the rest period so they can get ready to begin the proper pose • Specifying a custom order of poses is not intuitive and is awkward. Other apps of all kinds enable drag and drop to rearrange lists; consider following suit.
