This app is recommended. I like it because i want to have a flatter belly, and a prettier and toned stomach. I am only going into 8th grade, and for me, the 7 minute exercise is easy. Because I got used to it! I have started about just over two weeks ago and I have been doing it daily, and I’m SO proud of myself. I don’t even do it at a gym, I just do it at home on a mattress and using the floor when I need to. In my routine, I first do the 7 minute workout, then the core trainer (13 min) that’s when it’s a good amount for me, it isn’t the worst thing in the world, but I’m doing it daily, so it is a good amount for me. Also, because I use another app for my legs right after I finish the workout on this app.. Anyway, I have some advice for you. If you think that this is the hardest thing in the world, trust me, it’s not. You get used to it and you feel stronger. I’m only almost 13 years old, and I feel happy with my workout. You’ll get more in shape so it will be easier. Find the right amount for you, and go a bit harder each time. You can do this! Also, one last thing.. The really awesome thing is that even when I’m so not in the mood for a workout, also because the best time I can find to do it is at 8-9 pm, my body still has motivation and I end up getting it over with. THANKS TO THIS APP, I think. ?

This app is fun and very simple with it’s instructions. It has very little lag and almost no adds! The workouts it has challenge me! Overall great app! I would definitely tell my friends about this app! (If I had friends☹️)

It’s a great app it helps a lot and it’s free it focuses On one part of the body and it has different apps for other parts It’s the absolute best working out app i’ve ever had And I also love how she talks to you during the exercise which helps A lot and has me not focusing on the Exercise which makes The pain forgettable
