There's definitely room for improvement, but I do love this app. It's been very useful for discussion and getting to know the ships and ports before going on a trip. I find that people going on Carnival cruises tend to be more vocal and willing to comment back on this app. NCL, MSC, and Disney, not so much. There are still great reviews and info though. I love that you can set your past or future trips and see the deck maps and info about all the ships! I would love to see some changes in commenting. It would be better if we can tag the person we want to ask questions to and make it easier to find a comment someone made to you. All in all, a great tool to have.

I love this app for keeping up with my past cruises and upcoming cruises! Always nice to look back and see where I have been and on what ship I went.

Great site for cruise countdowns and cruise information. Worked with them over the weekend to have a cruise added that we have booked for 2016. Very nice people to deal with

My husband and I are planning our first cruise. How excited I was to find an app that gives me so much information about the ship including maps of each deck, restaurant listings with photos, and the opportunity to connect in advance with fellow travelers on our cruise. I'm recommending Ship Mate to fellow cruisers!

Room numbers/classes on Carnival Vista are incorrect. When I saw that I just deleted the app.

I do love the count down for the cruise. It crashes a lot on the iPad and goes back to the icon causing me to start over. It doesn't pick up where it left off. Don't know if it's because of the app or the rom of the iPad. I have done the start over 3 or 4 times in a row and then just gave up!
