Seriously great app for cruisers. You can find out extremely useful information about your cruise beforehand, or just some facts to know before your trip. You can also see what people liked/ disliked about their cruise and ports they visited. I highly recommend this app!!
Quick and speedy service

I have used this app for a couple of years and have found it to be a quick access to various cruises and ships. Over the past weekend I want to research a cruise being offered by Royal Caribbean but couldn't locate it on the app. I emailed Cruise Ship Mate over the weekend and was contacted back first thing Monday morning. The itinerary has been changed and I added to my list of cruises. I was very impressed with their customer service and the degree they want to have the most up to date information.

This app is fantastic for anyone who cruises and especially for new cruisers. My only complaint is the ship features section. I would rather see the ships features in color photos as they appear on the ship instead of another deck map. Personal photos does not do these ships justice.

So many resources and utilities for this small app. Perfect. BUT they haven't added the Fathom+impact cruises to Dominican Republic or Cuba. Still a great way to meet people and get information.

I'm so glad I found this app. All my past and future cruises are now available on my iPhone and iPad, and there's so much additional information, I'm just beginning to learn all the resources and abilities that are available with this app. I emailed a question to the developers and got an immediate, very helpful response, so their customer service is a big plus as well.
