Ridiculous

Leoistheshit

Just ridiculous I’m deleting the account and link to my social apps like these make me feel like they hack all my info I was tricked into downloading the app you need to buy a plan to check Advance analysis

Really?

Polecat324 (not really)

It doesn’t let you remove access to the account and I don’t want the app having access to my Twitter

Total garbage

GregM513

The app prompts you to upgrade no matter what you do. I got the paid version to simply complete a tweet thread and it still prompts to upgrade even after. Total waste of time and money. I tried to cancel and got a message that said “someone on our team will get back to you shortly” with a button you had to click saying “cool”. Not cool at all. Buyer beware.

Where is YouTube????

ChuiMalik

I specifically downloaded your app, because it advertised being able to post to “YouTube” as well as InstaGram Facebook etc…. But I do not see where to add YouTube??? There is no clickable link to do so? What’s up guys?

SUBSCRIPTION IS A SCAM

cloud is sad

ONCE YOU SUBSCRIBE THEY MAKE IT SO YOU CANT UNSUBSCRIBE, ALL THEY DO IS SAY “someone from our team will be in touch very soon” AND THEN they say that they’ll help in the comments (or at least in android) and then they just send you an email basically saying your dumb and doing it wrong by telling you to hit a broken unsubscribe button

Doesn’t work any more, another app bites the dust

I’ve used the free version of Crowdfire for over a year. Within the last two weeks, the app has been unusable. Crowdfire states that it’s Twitter’s fault, but magically it seems all of my problems can be solved if only I upgrade to what I consider to be a very expensive version of Crowdfire. Hmmm...sounds fishy to me. I’m just one customer though, right? Am I the only one, though.

Worst Customer Service EVER! “It’s your app!”

Chrisx216

UPDATE: The party is over! This company has been permanently banned by Twitter. They will never get their services restored. Be sure to cancel any recurring payments. A company with customer service this awful being put out of business is a blessing. UPDATE to Respone: This is the exact same BS form letter response I always get, which displays the sheer and utter incompetence of this company and their customer support. When your app prevents me from following more people but Twitter doesn’t, it’s your app. If you won’t allow me to load more accounts to follow but Twitter does, it’s your app. If you stop me from unfollowing people, but Twitter allows me to continue unfollowing, it’s your app. When I use a different app to follow people, and it works and yours doesn’t, it’s your app. I understand the restrictions of API, you’ve explained them over and over. Ad nauseam. For some reason you can’t be transparent to the restrictions YOU place on accounts, and always blame Twitter, it’s your app. The problem is that you completely absolve yourselves of any issues and the default is to blame it on mysterious API’s. It’s your app. Original Review: This is by far the most inept and awful company I’ve ever dealt with. Yes, even worse than MoviePass. They’re incompetent and can never get their app to work properly without running into endless bugs. And without fail they either blame Twitter or have no solution. They will place arbitrary limits on your account and blame it on Twitter yet twitter hasn’t limited my account in any way. Stay away, find another alternative. Save yourself the frustrating headache.

Don’t bother

HOOKED BUT HAVING SOME ISSUES

I hate the new update. It’s totally pointless and kinda complicated it’s not worth it.

Stupid update

Indiyaah

Used to be able to come on and just unfollow ppl not following back and now they want me to pay and its difficult to work

To expensive

When I first got this I’d spend $10 a month, I’d get to see the mentions for my accounts, see how each post is doing, and so on. Now they want almost $100 a month for access to these tools. It was a wonderful app until someone got greedy. I’ll find someone else to use thank you
