The Bugs Are Frustrating

As much as I enjoy playing with my friends I wish I had stayed with DCC. Every day now the game freezes up when I’m typing my answer and I have to log out before I get it back. Since the game is timed this is just not acceptable.

I love working on crossword puzzles whether on paper or on iPad I switched to you because daily celebrity was going away the only thin I don’t like is that the coins seem to be going down, why? Are you taking coins for playing the daily puzzle? Explain what the rules and regulations are because this is frustrating every day coins go away. Would give you a five star rating if this did not happen with coins, love the puzzles.

Love all your crossword puzzles the only pet peeve is I have to stop and look at a couple of videos to gather points to play one more puzzle and do that again and again and......... Please make it easier to continue playing.?

The crossword are good puzzles, but it takes coins each time to play. You don't earn coins for finishing a puzzle. You can watch ads to earn coins, but you don't earn that many so really they just want you to pay money to buy coins to play the game.
Puzzle layout is just wrong

I like the puzzles but placement of the hints is just wrong. I accidentally hit these buttons .... lost 30 coins on one puzzle and I think you plan on this! I don’t want to use hints...there should be a button for “ Do you really want to use this feature?”

The "see wrong" feature needs an "are you sure" question. I've accidentally turned it on several times!

At first I really enjoyed this game and I would play quite often. However the fact that the only way you can earn any coins is by repeating advertising videos, makes it a pretty lame app in my opinion. I find it pretty annoying that there are all these puzzle packs that are practically unattainable unless you dole out actual money. Maybe if this game was worth it, I’d consider it, but anymore it’s a joke. I’m sure eventually you’ll have to have coins to play the daily puzzles as well..
The game will not connect for me today
