Awesome puzzles. Wish you didn't have to get stars to do a puzzle. Puzzle should always be available just like a puzzle book you buy at the store.

as much as I love solving the crossword puzzles in this game, I CANNOT handle the constant issues with earning coins (whether watching videos/ads or completing actions). I also had solved puzzles for up to 80-something days in a row, then one day it dropped my number of days solved in a row to 40-something. the next evening when I tried to open and use the app, it would not allow me to do either and my ‘streak’ started over because of this. if this app would allow users to buy a paid version, people would be much happier. I used to spend a good amount of time playing this game each day (yes, I was wasting time watching the long, repetitive, low coin earning ads), but now that my streak has been ruined, I’ve barely been back to play since. I will NEVER EVER buy coins to play a game. once again, if crosswords with friends offered a paid version of the app, I would buy it in a heartbeat. way to screw a fun game up, guys.

I don't like that you can't change between across and down. It's bad enough that I will probably delete the app. Also, a lot of the answers are repeated from puzzle to puzzle. The clues are just reworded to make them fit.

I had 2298 puzzles in my archive on the old app, but you only transferred 750 and are trying to get me to replay years that I had already completed. Combine that with your writers’ fondness for rap and teeny bopper music, and I really don’t enjoy this new app.

The crosswords are fine, but I had 1042 coins yesterday. Today I deleted the daily celebrity crossword app, THINKING HMM since I have the updated app....I don’t need this one...WRONG!! As soon as I deleted the dumb app, my coins went from 1042 to 382!!! It’s very upsetting and disappointing!! I definitely wish I could go back to the previous app. It was so much better.

Coin Problem

I’ve followed steps to get free coins (which allows features that make this game more user friendly). My coins didn’t arrive either. Today after signing up for free samples & doing surveys, I got a screen that showed I’d earned 420 coins. Finally, after several tries I was going to get more coins. No when I went to the screen to play, none of the coins were there. It’s so frustrating...

Puzzles are ok... but I think you should get at least 1 to 3 coins for each puzzle you complete. Maybe 3 within 3-4 minutes, 2 with 4-6 minutes & 1 for puzzle completed after 6-7 minutes. So far no one has listened from my past comments; because you have to pay to get coins or watch videos. If we receive something for completing puzzles we could go back to puzzles we unfortunately miss sometimes
