Great game. The drawbacks for me were: (1) some of the letters being too close to other buttons and (2) I could never figure out the cost of the bonus packs.

Bombarded with ads... and after 45 minutes still did not find the button that lets me play a game with my friends. My wife loves crossword puzzles and I thought that this would be something fun we could do together but if I could give this 0 stars I would. No way this app has an average of 4 stars... what a total lie.

I enjoy the game but months the ago I invited my mom to play and be my friend. I am friends with dozens of people I don’t know on this game, but my mom never shows up. She’s the one I want on my friend list.

The last update does not let me watch videos. You need to fix or I’ll delete and tell everyone I know not to download.

Starting to lose patience

The watch for free coins option is useless, all I get is “Videos are currently unavailable” and when I used the other “earn coins” option, I got to level three of the suggested game as instructed, and never received the 433 coins promised. I love this game but there should be a daily coin allotment, or coins for consecutive days. I’ve played 265 days in a row. That should be good for something.
