Keeps crashing won't load

Was a wonderful game until today. This morning tried to play and the game keeps crashing. Can't play at all. Saw there was an update and wonder if that changed things. Hope you can fix this and get the game working again. Right now you can't get passed the beginning screens to even play the game . Update: still crashing ? Update: crashing again ? If they could stop the crashing, it would be a great game. It won't load properly. Crashes almost immediately. I guess that is better than crashing in the middle of the game. You just can't get to the game. Update: still crashing. Now it seems to be a daily occurrence. Please fix. It's a great game otherwise. Just we don't get to play it much before it crashes. Update: For the last two days it has not allowed playing. Crashing before you can actually play a game. Wish they could fix this because when it works it is so much fun. Another day of crashing. Wish they would fix this problem. It seems every day this game stops working. It is down yet again. At the most I can play a few hours and then it crashes for the rest of the day. Again this morning, it won't load to play. Please fix this problem.

Was very hard in the beginning to get energy & coins. The newest game seems even harder.....no extra spins of the wheel. These games are fun, I have them all, and the coins & energy do eventually start adding up which makes the game more fun when you can continue playing. I HATE the ads. I don’t mind “paying” for time or coins, but when they pop up when playing, it is very frustrating. ....and they do freeze, too. Since we have to pay for burgers in the beginning, I don’t appreciate having to wait until an un-asked for commercial ends so I can play. I have more than paid the price for playing this game.

Why did you change the game to having to buy a subscription for the pizza & 60 extra points? I used to buy it but not every week - I don’t need it every week & can’t see paying for something I’m not going to use. Can’t you make it an option to buy when you want to or to subscribe if you’re going to use it all the time?

I so love the game but the ads are very irritating! 3.00 a WEEK is a bit much not to have them!

This is the second game I’ve played in this series and, while it felt a bit slow at the start, it has kept me going with a complex and intriguing story line. I also like it because you really can’t lose unless you’re very competitive, which I’m not, and have friends playing. Too many ads although there is a paid way around that, but those can also be managed a bit. Have really, really enjoyed this game.

I’ve been working on scene 21 , the first set, and got 7 gold stars, and when I found the killer, you gave me a bronze medal?Come on! I should have gotten a silver, at least! Oh well, I’ll keep playing, but do YOU GUYS even read these reviews? I really don’t think you do, OR you DON’T really CARE! I’m gonna still play, but geez , at LEAST read SOME of the reviews! PLEASE!!
