Would be better if you could carry forward clues earned from story to story. The way the gamers set it up prevents that. It also would be better if you didn’t lose the energy earned when leveling up

Love this game but it needs to fix the bonus spin only getting one spin and I have 5 stars the past week or longer. But guess who still plays everyday, YUP ME This is my game from the first Crime Scene Also I paid for the 7 days for 170 energy and it lasted 2 days please fix this game love the characters so far almost finished level 2 and still not happy about some of the issues. I notice folks with Apple devices seem to be having issues
Sick of the political ads.

One of the reasons I play these games is to escape from the real world for a while. The ads are annoying but bearable, until recently. The extreme right wing political ads are just too much. I am deleting the game.

I have been playing this game for awhile. I play games to get a break from the horrible news and politics. I am ready to delete this app due to recent political ad. Give me a break! I really like the game so will wait past the next update but that’s it. Political ads are just wrong.

Ok so I have recently downloaded all of the games like this and as a person who doesn’t do a lot on social media (meaning most of my facebook friends are older/or professional contacts) I’m disappointed that it takes so long for the hint bonuses to recharge and that a lot of extras and help rely strictly on social media contacts playing this game...also I liked the new thing you added on ONLY ONE OF THE GAMES ALLOWING A WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION FOR EXTRA ENERGY. Also I would appreciate if you would decrease some lab times and such so I could play more I don’t have the $$$$$ to make these $7 instant whatever’s especially when there is so many per chapter per case

SHAME ON YOU. Many others have had the same issues and concerns and the rude and unappreciative lack of customer service and response is repulsive. We have been loyal and committed and supportive of this game series and then in order to continue, we lose everything we have worked for. Others have posted reviews over a year ago and you are still giving the hideous, “you are unimportant”, customer service response that solves nothing. I hope more people ban these games until something is actually done to rectify it. Really disappointing as you had a good thing going. Get your act together

Please fix the share care ads. Half the time they won’t close, I spend 35 minutes trying to run them finally gave up, had to skip bonuses. Please fix this!

I enjoy playing the game, but the coins don’t add up very fast! In fact, at first I would have about 60,000 when I stopped playing, but when I logged back on the next day, I would only have 40,000, but now that I have more coins, they seem to stay fairly stable! 2 things really bug me! I DO NOT LIKE the new BONUS system. Wheel will stop on something good & then jump over to something worthless! I still don’t understand what the 6 combo stuff is nor how it helps The other frustrating thing on Mysteries of the Past as well as Save the World is the advertisements between each round. There is nothing to push to get out of it or if there is an X, it doesn’t stop, when it is pushed. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING when there is only an hr. Of 5 hints or 15 energy per game. I have finished Pacific Bay as well as Grimsborough. I am rapidly nearing the end of Save the World so I am running out of games I like to play 2019 UPDATE Started Elite version of Save the World! I like it, but still frustrated with same issues! I agree on not liking stickers! I don’t even bother to open them now because waste of time & my energy!
