Interesting setting boring characters.

A trustworthy reveiwer

The setting of a tourist vacation spot was very interesting and was also extremely fun to interact with. The characters on the other seemed very bland and i had a hard time connecting with many of them. The main character that i played as i tailored him to be like me but the preset choices did not line up well with decisions i would have made. This decision based story was written up to be a romantic journey but i again found the female characters very bland and not what i would prefer. Personally me being a straight male i do not have interests in heavy Asian females or women of Indian descent. This is a very mediocre story with a innovative setting with not enough diversity in choices and bad female leads.

Still Surprised

Nomadic Ghost

After reading the description and reviews I expected a philosophical game but the ending of it still got me. ***Potentially a minor spoiler ahead*** The tie in from the game your character plays to the actual app is amazingly done. I almost contradicted myself in my choices about each and only at the last minute did I realize I needed to stick by my own advice or change it all together. Bravo. Bravo.

Loved it

Lolopeanut12

The story in this game is beautiful and engaging, the characters are interesting, and seeing how your choices affect the characters is an interesting bonus. The best improvement that could be made is an expansion that allows for more time interacting with different characters, and more situations with real consequences in the game. Overall, very fun to play and go through to experience different endings. I also liked that it’s possible to change some things. Very satisfying.

Loved it through its few flaws

Ceruleansufan

I always love games that go out of the norm, and this one is no exception. I love (or hate? It makes me sad in a good way) that you can’t save your ghost friend and the agony of the avatar over it, I love the almost D&D level type of detail in describing the base- you can imagine yourself being there. That said there are some issues with it- the protag is rather bland and seems to have no personality. Some visual novel examples of great protagonists: Hajime from Danganronpa 2, sarcastic and sometimes overly cautious, but he still cares and wants the best for everyone (though the protags from the games following that one are pretty solid too) (And if you want a good main character from an indie game: Butterfly soup with Diya. She’s awkward in the most charming way and doesn’t speak quite properly but she has a passion for baseball and other silly things like dog parks) Also the other characters came off as quite flat as well, especially if you aren’t on their routes. There are also instances where you can say the most inoffensive thing and someone will be bothered by it or it will turn into a cringe fest somehow which is always great

This game means a lot to me.

MarsThePlan3t

I played this game at a definite low point in my life, as a way to escape my real world problems. It lasted shorter than I hoped it would, but it reminded me that maybe things will get better. While death is an ending no one can avoid, it’s the trip there and the people with you that really matter, and those are things I can control. I really appreciate this game and it is definitely worth a play. I cannot recommend it enough.

Incredible Game

Scratch & Grounder

Fantastic, I loved the amount of choice given, and I actually didn’t mind the breaks in the free version, it forced me to not blast through the whole thing at once and enjoy it more. I would love nothing more than to see more games like this.

Absolutely Amazing

It’s crazy to think about how much a story can entangle you. This game if you could call it that is purely astounding, I loved it. Thanks for creating such a game like this.

Beautiful

Abdiel K.

A truly beautiful and engaging story that makes every decision feel meaningful. You can even choose the ending! A great experience for anyone!

Best Choices Game Ever

Littlepinktink

I loved this game so much while playing. It really made me feel like I was part of the story and I find that maxing and sometimes hard to do. One thing I would suggest adding is more detail to the changes you decide to make to the story (as in altering the story after you have finished it). Although I do understand if you don't want to. You'd leave it up to readers imagination and that's cool too

New Game

Why Would You Bothet

You should make a new game with a similar name and make it a choice-based game with romance and all other options included in this one. I really wanted to have the story continue when back to Earth with your character. I wish it continued with your romance character to because the back on Earth with the person you love ending doesn’t feel like an ending. But I really did enjoy and recommend to anyone with some time to put in this.
