Change the unlocking of new places

It takes forever to unlock new restaurants with the time on every challenge needed to unlock the new restaurants
Slow customer service and dishonest

First you would think during this virus that anything digital would have a fairly quick response from customer service since everyone is working from home digitally..wrong. Communicating with customer service is challenging because you can write and instead of a conversation it is a response a day and back and forth like that u til possibly resolved. I have spent a lot of $$ on this game as it is the most relaxing one for me. They have a fortune card game that came up every morning and then just like that it disappeared out of no where. You can play it still but it costs coins of course. When I questioned them about it they told me their developers were working out the kinks..well that was BS because regardless of Zygna being the pioneer of iPhone gaming they haven’t figured it out in 2 months. They just want you to pay for it now. So an outright lie. The game is fun, but if you are going to spend money better you get thoughtful customer service who tells the truth. It isn’t these guys.

I find the challenges to get to the other games to be unfairly too long between the challenges! I have since deleted this game because of other unfair issues! The time limits on the fruits and vegetables and then all you have are white puffy stuff everywhere! It’s ridiculous to the point that I’d had enough! I don’t mind a challenge but when it’s outright cheating on your part, that’s where I draw the line! Please be more fair with this game! I’d like to continue to play but I’m not buying one damned thing to make it easier for me! These games say they’re free but we all know that you expect us to pay to play and that’s not fair either!

A 24 hour wait from one challenge to the next is just crazy. I want to play a game and play it not have to wait 24 hours for the next challenge. Need to do three challenges to get to the next restaurant foolish. Make people not want to play the game

I really liked this game but it froze up on me. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it did it again on the same page. I give up!
Fix level 709...before I quit...I’ve enjoyed this game the most, but losing my patience now...
