Slow customer service and dishonest – Crazy Kitchen: Match 3 Puzzles Review

First you would think during this virus that anything digital would have a fairly quick response from customer service since everyone is working from home digitally..wrong. Communicating with customer service is challenging because you can write and instead of a conversation it is a response a day and back and forth like that u til possibly resolved. I have spent a lot of $$ on this game as it is the most relaxing one for me. They have a fortune card game that came up every morning and then just like that it disappeared out of no where. You can play it still but it costs coins of course. When I questioned them about it they told me their developers were working out the kinks..well that was BS because regardless of Zygna being the pioneer of iPhone gaming they haven’t figured it out in 2 months. They just want you to pay for it now. So an outright lie. The game is fun, but if you are going to spend money better you get thoughtful customer service who tells the truth. It isn’t these guys.
