App keeps crashing when trying to "Unlock". Very frustrating. Waste of time and money! Please fix ASAP ???

I tried to scan and it won't let me! I'm unhappy. The actual drawing thing is cool but we were looking forward to seeing them on the 'runway' . please fix this!

Once you get the hang of scanning it, it's really good. I had a lot of trouble at first but once I figured out the angle I had no more issues even my 8 year can even do it now. I didn't really have a problem unlocking it. Few things I wish could change are I wish you could have the model turn more so you can see the back. also maybe change the music. other than that it was exactly what I expected. perfect for my 8 year old fashion designer.

The other products in the pack is as expected, but it is cruel and unusual punishment for frustrated parents of disappointed 6yo to get the scanning mechanism to work properly. The key is to get the top right square to focus and the pages to be completely flat for scanning. It took me longer than scan than my daughter to "design."

Crashes every time :(

Disappointed - crashes every time I hit the unlock button - I can't even unlock- and looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this. I tried restarting, re downloading and even upgraded my phone iOS. - iPhone 5. Please fix so my daughter can see her designs come to life - the reason the gift was purchased.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas....at first we had trouble with unlocking the app as many folks who posted a review....I went into settings on the iPad and clicked on the Crayola app as I was considering to uninstall then noticed my camera was locked (in settings) and when I unlocked it voila!!! I was able to unlock the app. ? We designed a couple of outfits, scanned them and watched them on the iPad however on both we noted uneven color / outfit coverage to the model ? and we did really good with our coloring. It would be nice to have different music and more accessories I.e. Jewelry for the models.....not too bad overall room for improvement and better "user friendly " instructions.

Not worth the money

My first review was deleted because my name was already taken. In short, it's not worth the money. The app really doesn't do anything besides load a picture of what you've drawn onto a "model." Unfortunately, the model doesn't do anything. You can't turn her around to see your whole creation. You can change her hair and shoes and that's it. Dull and underwhelming.

Great app for my 11 year old. Got it for her for Christmas. Easy to use. Got what I expected. Only thing I would like to see is the model turn around more. Would love to turn the model myself to see the back when editing the look. Yes more fun accessories would be nice but not necessary. I have fun with her with this app. User error is easy with the picture taking. Follow the directions and there won't be any issues! Fix the turning of the model and you have a great 5 star app.

Trying to scan the designs is impossible...

When I went to scan the design it would not cooperate. The screen would freeze then the app would shut down. Also you get a maximum of how many designs you can do. But, on the plus side it's a really good art kit.
