Every time I try to scan a new design, the app crashes and goes to home screen where all your apps are. I can usually get a design to work once every 20-30 minutes. Frustrating!
Crayola needs to protect their brand and answer these concerns

I just opened this with my daughter for Christmas and the app will not unlock on our iPad, iPhone or computer. I suppose there is a bug. I will expect a full refund unless someone gives me a quick response to my review—this is ridiculous and was not cheap.
Won't scan designs!?

This app won't let me scan my designs! I line the drawing perfectly up with the squares, but it still won't scan! Also, if the design does scan, the outfit looks nothing like it does on paper. I am very disappointed with this app.

Very disappointed in the APP, my daughter just got it and we can not unlock the APP. Please fix and update.

My daughter received this today. The kit appears to be of good quality and the included designs are varied. I wanted to comment on how to get the app to unlock, as others had difficulty. You must align the border of the icon itself (not the larger gray square) with the camera borders. Only then will it scan. Will edit review once my daughter colors a design and scans it in.

Crayola please fix this! I got the kit for Christmas and when I downloaded the app, it would not work. As I tried to unlock the app, it would return to my home screen. Please fix this because the kit is really fun, but I can't use the app,the part I was looking foward to the most. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THIS!??????

Very disappointed. This was a Christmas gift and not cheap. App closes every time we try to unlock. Such a shame - my daughter is a fashion designer in the works and this was an exciting gift. Instead, nothing but frustration. :(

We got the virtual design pro for Christmas. My daughter spent a lot of time making her designs, but the app won't unlock - it keeps crashing when we try to select that option. Huge piece of junk and a giant disappointment. Hoping for an update VERY shortly or we will be looking for a refund!
