Freezes up constantly

So annoying because it has been freezing up all the time when I try to scroll...forget trying to make a purchase from the app. Maybe it’s time for an upgrade?
Issue with upgrade

This is crazy... now the App keeps telling there’s an updated version and to click to upgrade... when it takes me to the App Store.... the upgrade has already been completed. I keep getting this pop up message. This is awful.
Awesome store, slow buggy app

I love Crate & Barrel and was happy to find the app but it is too slow to use and has crashed multiple times on me. I finally had to go back to the website. Frustrating - it looks like it would be a nice app if it would work properly.

FOREVER TO LOAD

Just spent an hour clicking through various rugs and trying the “view in your room” feature, reading reviews, going back to my search, etc. I understand that each page has many high res pictures but I think I spent about 15+ minutes on loading pages. Just going from the search to the product page took much longer to load than expected. I have iPhone XS on latest iOS so wouldn’t expect issues.

This app is terrible. It is SO slow and freezes up at least five times every time I try to use it. Please fix this issue!!
Why so many updates?
good stuff - easy to buy
Let’s have high quality updates that are less frequent. It’s inconvenient to update what seems like once or twice a month. However, I do love that CB has reviews of many products.
