I did right account&password but it won’t let me login. Checked website my account is working.
Won’t let you log in to registry

Went all the way to a Crate and Barrel store to add items to a registry. Was told to use the app, but it rejects my email and password that work completely fine to log in to the regular website. Even changed the password and tried re-installing the app. No luck.
Issues with logging in
A Bum
The app is having issues with logging in. Keeps saying the password is incorrect, even after re-setting the password. Verified by logging into a webpage with the reset password.
Won’t Let Me Log In

The crate and barrel app will not allow me to log in with my credentials. I can log into the crate and barrel website perfectly but the app refuses to let me log in. Bad app
Terrible usability on an iPad

Just shoot me. I never write bad reviews but this app is like a 6th grade science project. I love Crate and Barrel but gotta pull out the laptop!
Cart won’t show, app crashes

Not sure what happened. It says I have 3 things in my cart and when I go to check out the cart isn’t there. Sometimes the app crashes and won’t load. Thought the app would be faster instead it’s a waste of time. Please fix.

Scrolling on this app is a stroke-inducing experience. It wouldn’t be so problematic if it weren’t the primary function: C&B has huge inventory, and doesn’t break it down into small enough categories. Worse, each rug, for instance, is shown as its own picture for each size and color combination. Smooth scrolling is essential.... but c&b misses the mark.
Easy Way To Shop

I love using the App to shop! I can select my items and either have them shipped, delivered or pickup from the store. Curbside pickup is great! I just park in one of many designated parking spaces; call the store, provide my order number, parking space number and my order is brought out and placed in the car (trunk or backseat) - touchless shopping at its best!
