The ad keeps on pausing along with the video itself. I’d really like this to be fixed or else what is the use of this app.

I downloaded crackle to watch startup with Ron Perlman and it doesn’t play but a few seconds at a time then freezes up. Is there anyway you can fix this? I would love to watch this and other programs if you fix the app

What the he’ll happen to this app!? It used to be one of my favorites. I have no complaints about the commercials, the people that do are acting like spoiled babies. ITS FREE! You didn’t improve playback, you constantly have to press the play button, I’m not talking every few minutes, the movie or show does does not play. Hate to delete this app and just rely on Tubi. No playback problems there. Hope you fix it soon

I have this installed on a new Sony tv. I tried to use it, got 85% through a movie and the app crashed. Then I reloaded it, fast forwarded all the way to around the same point in the movie, then it wouldn’t play. I could change the fast forward, or rewinding speed and direction, but play didn’t do anything. Just sat there paused on the same frame. Don’t put this garbage preinstalled on TVs if it’s so buggy you can’t even watch one movie. Just awful. It makes me want to return the TV

I have tried too many times to play an episode of "Chosen" with this app, on my Apple TV. Within the first ten minutes, each time, it cut me off. Plus, your constant repeating of the same commercials, over and over again, is nauseating and makes me want to avoid those products! Thank you for nothing, Crackle! I have already deleted your app.

I gave it five stars only because it's free. Otherwise, I don't use this program much because I hate commercials, and there are too many commercials in the Movies.

Easy to find content, not to mention it's free. More convenient than scrolling channels, and UX is modern /clean. Not sure where any frustration is coming from - Hulu has just as many ads and bugs, and you're paying for it.
