I stumbled back upon Crackle after not having it for a while so I know how it’s SUPPOSE to work. I downloaded and created an account happily ready to watch some throwbacks when all of a sudden...NOTHING. I click on the show to play it and an ad pops up and apparently the only way to make it through the ad is to click the play button every 2 seconds ?. I’m not prejudice to ads I know a free app gotta make a profit somehow. I feel like we should go halfsies seeing as how the only way the ad will play is if I press the play button ??. I understand that sometimes things don’t work the way they should and things go wrong but this app is a paperweight pretty much. All it does is takes up space on my phone. Please make this app watchable again because right now it’s not. ?
Stops Every Second or Two

On my devices (iPhone SE & iPad mini 2) the app will play for a second or two then stop. When they Play button is tapped the video will run for another second or two then stop. It does not seem to matter whether a movie or ad is playing as I have observed the behavior with both. Both devices are running the current version of iOS & the Crackle app. I installed the app recently so I cannot say if this is a recent problem. This does not seem to be a network issue as I am watching a video on the CW app as I type this. On the iPad I deleted the Crackle app, restarted the iPad & installed the Crackle app. The problem is still present. The iPad has 7.9GB of storage available. If it helps I would be willing to test a new version using the Apple TestFlight mechanism.

This app does mostly what you would expect based on the description. The main problem I've noticed is when I add something to my watch list and it expires later, the posters for the movie remain and there is no way to remove them. This means that I have things on my watch list that are impossible to watch, which seems a little ridiculous. Another weird bug is that when you are browsing and you add something to your watch list, then you go back, you lose the place where you were at and have to start all over browsing again.
