I signed up for Course Hero to help with my Research methodology course. Well they advertise their pricing as monthly pricing but charge you a full amount. The information on their website was extremely outdated and inaccurate. I played around with it for maybe an hour or so. The website is not user friendly at all. I was unable to use the quiz and study guide samples that they had because it wasn’t user friendly. You have to do a number of things before you are able to “unlock” a quiz. I then sent a refund request and was told that because there was some activity they cannot give me a full refund and offered to return $19.90. This has been the biggest ripoff I’ve ever seen a company do. I suggest you all to save your money and use quizlets instead which is free and the most accurate I’ve used so far.

I love that I can go in and look to see if I’m even close to what the instructor is asking for by looking a papers from previous students.

They say if you get the monthly subscription you will get access to the full document and that is a lie.. don’t waste your time or money. Customer service is a joke.

Beware! Once u sign up it’s not free, it’s $40. AND they charge you reoccurring payments. $80 before you realize what even happens. Nothing like Quizlet. On top of that, I still can not figure out how to cancel this stupid app. They give you links that send you in a fluffing circle. I did not find anything useful or that had anything to do with my studies. Oh well!

I don’t encourage anyone to use this site because, they stole my $119, no # to call, when you send them massages, no responds. Pls don’t give them no money else u will be stock like me.

I purchased the 3 month subscription that is advertised for approximately $59, which I had no issue in paying, but immediately following my completed transaction I was charged $67.98. With no explanation for these additional charges, especially since I had not yet used the service to accrue additional charges I am being forced to open up a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. I would not recommend due to this malpractice.
