As if school isn’t expensive enough.. this is most certainly NOT worth the money. All of this information can be found elsewhere for free. I will not be purchasing a second month. I thought this would be a good study tool that I would have good access to 30 downloads a month will go very quick.

I submitted a support request and still no response I can’t even log into the app that I purchased and online it’s not even picking up my subscription. This is frustrating and I would like a refund!

On my iPad, whenever I try opening up a document, it shuts down. I have to use it on my computer in order to get it to open.

I love the app itself and have not had any issues with unlocked documents, but I find it extremely expensive and totally unfair that if I’m paying $40 a month if not more I should have unlimited locks and should not have to purchase more in order to unlock documents. Seriously, it’s kinda a rip off and you should really reconsider lowering your prices because obviously not all of us are rich and can’t afford spending $40 a month along with $14.99 or more just to get maybe 5 or 10 unlocks. Totally unfair!

LISTEN. I don’t have enough time in my day to write this review, so I’m gonna make this quick as possible. This app is made by college students from Princeton who engineered this app to trick you to spend $120 for practically nothing valuable. Not only did support say they would refund me, 7 days later they charged me a second time!!! So for this app having to exist, granted I have never used it to get an answer, NOT EVEN ONCE!! I can’t eat this week and probably the next because this app has now affected my ability to pay rent and feed myself. Thanks for nothing guys. You are gonna say “oh we are sorry contact us @support” well I just did this for the third time. So I legitimately will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if I don’t get my money and that’s being generous at this point.

I can’t preview documents to see what content it has. The only way to see the content is to take a chance and use one of my few unlocks.
