Love the new updates, took a second to get used to it, but I love this app. I use it for everything! Big countdowns like my wedding, to small things like my trip countdowns. It is so crucial for me to meet deadlines and stay on track!!!

Bate and switch!

I chose this app, because you can count down in weeks. It didn't say you had to purchase an upgrade to do that!! If an upgrade is required for certain features, it should say that in the description. I shouldn't find that out after I've downloaded!! Also, the little clicking sound it makes, and the constant repetitive pop ups while you try to create an event are extremely annoying. Will be deleting this app as soon as I send my review.

I want to make it specifically clear that my bad review is not based on the "restore prior purchases" debacle. It's because the app used to be pretty and bright and attractive when you opened it. Now all you see is a huge ugly brown square taking up most of the screen with a big icon of a camera (where my face is supposed to be if I actually signed in) in the center. It blows my mind that the app developers thought there was a demand for a social media platform based solely on sharing countdowns. Which, by the way, you could do before. To your existing social media pages. Where all your friends already were. At least if they wanted to add the social feature, they could have done so in a less unattractive way. It's a shame that they're not listening to users. Luckily for me, there is a plethora of other countdown apps out there.

I should contact the BBB. I really liked this app so I paid for the full version. After this update I am now seeing ads and asked to pay again. I can't believe they would treat their most loyal users this way. Total rip off.

Money Grab Feature Downgrade

I've had this app for some time for its basic feature and it was one of my favorites. In its latest rendition it throws up obnoxious UPGRADE nags (no doubt hoping I'll tap it by mistake). And now I can no longer do things I used to do, like set an event to 'days' only. Sadly I'm gone to trash the app. It has become useless (& dangerous).

I use my own images for event backgrounds and now it is much worse than it used to be. I'm forced to only use a square portion of my images instead of the iPhone oriented images I used to use. Please don't force image crop/zooming.

I purchased the upgrades in a previous version. When the app updated, it forgot my purchase and wants me to pay again. Since the update, it has automatically altered my data to better serve their new in app purchases... requiring me to purchase to return to previous input. Super fail.

I used to love this app. Easy to use, good backgrounds, etc. I'd purchased the full version previously. Now it tried to recharge me to upgrade again, but I noticed a little button WAY at the bottom that "restored" my prior purchase. Great... Except that it deleted my backgrounds and it now gives me an error every time I try to get them back bc I haven't purchased it... Even though I have. Go find another one. Don't waste space on free version and don't purchase the upgrade whatever you do.
