This app is cool but you can't have your music too loud or you won't hear the beep. Several times I missed the beep and missed when I was supposed to start running or walking. It would be better to use on a treadmill where you can watch screen to see when it's time to switch activity. Still neat tho!!!

Couch to 5k is a great! It helped me so much. I have actually ran in 5k's now.

It starts out great, but the music option does not work as it is supposed too. The music buttons are located right by the home button, if you accidentally hit the home button, you workout starts over...grrrrrrr. I you can not skip workouts either, because it erased my progress I kept running using their timing routines, but I could not go any farther than the 1st week. Grrrrrrrr

I have been using this for a couple months now. I use it about 3 times a week. The workouts are good. I like how they build up the intensity over time. I, too, have bumped the screen and the workout started over again. I run on the treadmill and I'm not sure if it would work well running outside. I'm sure I would hit the screen more often. The music seems to work fine for me. I like that I get to choose my own songs. Overall, I like the app and I would recommend it to others.

Started out unable to jog next door. Now I go 30-40 minutes non-stop. My only complaint is the music used to stay on even if my phone timed out and shut down. It doesn't do this now - just shuts off

I like the progressions, but I can't get the music to work. I also have accidentally hit "home" while running and then have to restart the workout. It needs a resume button.
