Nice app to have around

Inexpensive gps app that’s nice to have. I’ve encounter situation where cellular reception didn’t work and had to rely on copilot to find where I’m going. Or when you don’t have unlimited cellular data and had to do long distance driving, so it’s nice to have an app with the maps downloaded locally.

If you like good customer service buy a store bought gps. This company is joke and doesn’t care after you’ve given them your business.

I love this app and day, I hope you grant me this just one month free of charge for additional The program is wonderful and very beautiful , and always helps me in the places where I want to go . Thank you for updating and developing the program (Co-pilot) .
Pay for everything

Yep seems to work fine. But good gosh, they want you to pay for every single thing. I'm surprised they don't make you pay to press Buttons inside the app.
Missing a lot of major POIs

I reviewed this app as a potential GPS for our motorhome, and found that it is missing almost all of the Walmart stores where we live. And we live where the oldest stores exist, near the Walmart headquarters. It's sad when retail is a category and the worlds largest retailer does not even show up in most cases. I was considering buying the RV edition for $49, but if the normal edition doesn't even show Walmart stores then I can only imagine how many RV-related locations are probably missing.

I'm disappointed because there is no way to buy a particular region in Europe. If you only want to use it in one or two countries, you have to buy the full map of Europe. Not to mention that you have to buy the full application. All in all it cost around 45 USD just to be able to navigate in one country.

Copilot gps is an excellent product, put out by an impenetrable, infuriating, utterly frustrating company. Love the concept, absolutely hate the system. Some time back, I had to delete and reinstall the app on my iPhone. Since then I haven't been able to log in and get at all those perfectly swell features inside. No matter what I do, I. can't reset my password--nor can I get past the dialogue boxes. I'm in an endless loop and ready to frag something. PLEASE PROVIDE DIRECT EMAIL ACCESS TO SOMEONE WITH A PULSE. Canned FAQs are never enough by themselves.
Gone downhill, wants money now

I've owned this app for years & now they want money to continue using it. The whole point of BUYING an offline GPS system is so you do not need a data connection & you do not have to keep paying. Too bad, deleting it.
