I never write reviews and visited App Store to make certain I wasn't crazy. So, I'm not. . . Upon contacting customer service regarding development of new levels the response was similar to Russian game developers-lame but not broken English. I don't consider myself a 'gamer' but CC is a nice escape. I've even, shamefully, spent too much money. Spending money on a game, to me, is frivolous. However, if the expense comes with service I can justify. Service is awful, I'm a less than average gamer and I'm waiting on developers to provide the next level? C'mon guys, you aren't ready . . .

This game is money hungry. Every level you loss your coins. Then the timed levels starts counting and there is no one to serve. During those levels the people are moving really slow and wasting time. Besides that this game is wonderful. Better then the other cooking game

The developers of this game are quite clearly more concerned with making money than keeping the players happy. So many of the levels are literally IMPOSSIBLE to pass without using boosts. So basically you’re screwed if you don’t ha e the boost you need. Your only choice may end up being to get the daily reward fortune cookie until you get that boost or enough spoons to buy it. Dirty, greedy and precisely why I will no longer be playing this game, nor any of their other games.

I was thoroughly enjoying the game until the end of the first breakfast levels 65 or circa. Then became too extremely hard and i got to where i would stay on the same level for days. Games like that tend to become boring and i get disinterested. Your on the right track but work on your balancing of levels hard but not impossible thanks

I am now in Paris, and how is it possible to use all my power ups get every single customer and still lose. I got every single combo and still lost. You have to replay multiple levels to get enough coins to upgrade your current restaurant, and when you are on level 20 and have to replay 20 levels again and again to get past 1 level it's ridiculous. UPDATE PLEASE AND THANKYOU

I updated the game and now I can’t open it. I love the game and haven’t been able to open since the new update. Please fix. And I should be compensated for the cookies I haven’t been able to open them since the update.
Bonus shifts to earn extra help

Very unhappy when the game is set that to even get anywhere on Bonus level you have to use so much added help! What is the point? After you work so hard to get them done you earn less than you had to use to get the end bonus. When those shifts are set that hard I end up with nothing that day. I understand normal shifts to advance yourself in the game to be hard, but who needed that much stress that you can go through your set of lives 3 times in a day and not get even one job done in a bonus level to move on to the next. When ever that happens I just get nowhere that day. With kids home for Christmas can those bonus level just be fun and not a chore!??!

Loved this game but, just like many other reviews I’ve read, I have become frustrated and am now deleting it because I the Paris levels have become virtually impossible to beat. I’ve reached level 26 only because I had a lot of spoons saved up from New York to buy tons of boosts in order to make it as far as I did get. Now I’ve used all my boosts & spoons & cannot make any money to upgrade any further because I cannot beat one of the levels I have available. I have tons of money left in New York but the upgrades are so incredibly expensive in Paris I could hardly upgrade many things with the little change I was able to make. Seems like a money making scheme since you can’t even get to the middle of the 3rd city before you’re forced to spend money to buy spoons. That shows me how the rest will be even if I did spend the money to advance in Paris. I refuse to end up spending $50 or more on a game that should be able to be bought for $20 or less without the need to spend more. If it wasn’t for this issue I would have gave a 5 star rating.
