Fun but flawed

I love this game, however there are bugs that need to be fixed. I’ve noticed my coins will get to an amount and stay there. Recently I made 100 coins on a level, I served 4 more customers(combo) and my coin amount didn’t move. I refreshed the app & played a different level and noticed it kept happening all day. I also participated in the challenge with collecting the ingredients for the burger. I collected all the ingredients except for the tomato. I completed levels for 3 days and constantly got the rest of the ingredients even tho I had more than enough of them. I won’t be playing anymore until these glitches are fixed

I got it at 8 and I loved it it gave you challenges and you can upgrade your restaurant and get more cities

I play this game almost everyday and I love it. I would recommend having names and/or descriptions of the foods of each places. It would be very informative because I don’t necessarily know all of them. It is also a lot to slide back and forth to the different places around the world. May it should be in a different format so we wouldn’t have to scroll for a long time to go back to a previous place.

Updates are few and far between. The bonus challenges are nice but usually impossible to win before the deadline expires. Normally they’ll allow you to make a fair amount of progress, and inevitably ascend to a level of difficulty requiring multiple boosters and time extensions. Have truly enjoyed the graphics and challenging aspects for a couple years now, but the time between events/worlds (which often are anticlimactic) is getting a bit old. Loved Jerusalem however! Probably my favorite one since Rome.

I absolute love this game, until it decided not to work any more. I have installed, uninstalled several times and it’s a no go. It will not open from the home screen it does not give any explanation as to why. I am quarantined as many of us are. I look forward to playing this and now nothing. I have sent in a repair slip and have done everything possible to fix this. I know your busy but please we do need help here and please do not tell me an web address to go to because I have already been there done that. Please fix this. By the way I’m the one person that does spend money on this game. Please help fix this games. Thank You

I've been playing this for about a year now, and that says a lot because I tend to get tired of games easily. I recently did an update, I suppose for Christmas theme. Ever since this recent update, the game has been freezing on me.... It's a bit frustrating... Please fix it. Thanks! Update: Thanks for fixing it.... But today, April 10, 2020..... I'm not able to play the game... It closes on me....

I really enjoy playing this game. Love the challenges. I have reached Jerusalem and finished all three restaurants and tiers. Need to add new cities. I’m bored during this quarantine.

So I tried to play this game without buying anything because I am broke and I must say that I do really love this game. I give the game a 4 stars because of the detail of the overall game and the challenge you always face with each level. I understand that apps need to make money in order for it to go on so I thought, okay let’s see how far I can go. I reached up to level 90 in New York and would not be able to move further unless I purchased the boost that makes the food more expensive. I liked playing the game as a free app and got pretty far, including on reaching the 3rd tier on each level BUT what it seems like to me is that the creators made it so that you won’t get pass a certain level without paying so for now I will just delete the game and move on to free apps that I can keep playing on. It was a fun game tho!

For the past two days I have received a pop up box giving me 30 minutes free for health and wellness and have yet to be able to collect on it! I spend alo5 of money in this game and I am upset that I finally ge5 something free and cant collect on it
